Dan Carroll

Dan was born and raised on the farm working alongside his father Darel from a young age. He was a driver behind moving the swine operation “indoors” in the 1970s and the expansion into Brazil in 2000. He was involved with many aspects of the business but especially enjoys spending time on the farm in Brazil. He also leads planning and design on many of the building and infrastructure investments on the US operation. He enjoys working on long-term soil improvements through fertility and tiling.

David Carroll

David was born and raised on the farm working alongside his father Darel from a young age. David is involved with many parts of the business but takes a key role in the grain operation. It leads the decision-making process on input purchasing, field operations, drainage tile installation, and marketing. He and his wife, Tami, are responsible for the bookkeeping, payroll, and tax planning. 

John Carroll

John graduated from Western Illinois University in 2003 with a degree in Agribusiness and an MBA with a finance emphasis. John and his wife Kelly moved to Brazil to manage the farm that the Carroll family had recently acquired. John lived in Brazil for 10 years where the operation grew to include 25,000 acres of owned and leased row crop farmland, a cotton gin, and a business services which does consulting, accounting, and compliance work for other foreigners with investments in Brazil. John oversees long term strategic planning for the Brazil business. In the US business John Manages the family's sow farms in Illinois and Missouri. 

Drew carroll

Drew graduated from University of Illinois in 2011 with a degree in Agribusiness. He manages all of the swine finishing operations, both owned and contracted, and takes the lead on swine marketing. Drew works in the grain operation and has a key role in crop spraying and managing relationships with new landlords. His wife, Erica, is responsible for Carroll Family Farms Human Resources Department.

Joe McAndrew

Joe graduated from Western Illinois University in 2012 with a degree in Agribusiness. Joe manages all of the farm's swine nursery operations. He's responsible for managing flow and receipt of new piglets and delivery of feeder pigs for the finishing operation. Joe takes a key role in ensuring biosecurity measures are followed by overseeing the farm's Truck Wash and Bake location. 

Aaron Carroll

Aaron graduated from Western Illinois University in 2014 with a degree in agribusiness. As the manager of the Feed Mill team, Aaron is responsible for animal nutrition from ordering ingredients, grind and mix, and delivery to all of the swine locations.
