About Carroll Farms

Carroll Farms began with it's first land acquisition by Darel Carroll over 50 years ago.  Sons David and Dan entered the operation after finishing school, and the expansion accelerated.  The operation continues to expand the swine and grain operation from year-to-year and as new members of the family enter the business.  A mix of wisdom and experience from the older generation combined with the energy and enthusiasm of the younger generation contribute to the continued success of this family business.
